Q. Accessing Yahoo and Google Email Accounts?

- For Gmail set up Outlook with an IMAP connection. This is better than POP3 because it will translate the "labels" in Gmail to folders in Outlook. It also enables you to selectively download messages based on those labels. POP3 does not offer this functionality at all- all messages would just download to the inbox in Outlook.
